Target Disappoints

Target has seen better days. The discount retailer's shares fell 4.1% after it reported
third-quarter earnings that fell short of Wall Street's expectations, and its
announcement of a $10 billion buyback program inspired Moody's to review the company's
debt ratings.

Report: Target 'testing' market for used electronics

Minneapolis / St. Paul Business Journal - by Marie Connor Staff Writer
Target Corp. said Tuesday it has begun selling used electronics on its Web site, Reuters
reported.

The Minneapolis-based retail giant said in a call with investors that it is still
deciding whether it will continue with the initiative, which it launched about 30 days
ago. Customers can now purchase "pre-owned" Apple Inc. iPods, video game consoles and
televisions on the company's Web site.
